Sunset Mattress Factory offers both standard and custom sizes. Whether you need a standard, antique, trailer, RV, or truck-sized bed, we have a solution for you! We specialize in making custom mattresses and box springs for antique beds of any size (3/4, rope, sleigh, four poster, etc). All mattresses and box springs pass the new federal flame barrier test.
FOAM TOPPERS
We also offer two types of foam toppers to assist in alleviating pressure points that can occur in shoulder and hips from an existing mattress that may be too firm. The 1" Soft Density Polyurethane Foam is designed to add additional padding. The 2" Memory Foam is designed to enhance the comfort level of your existing mattress by making it more plush.
